Founded in Munich in 2016, the property portfolio managed by EMPAIOS currently comprises 15 locations in Europe and abroad.
Dr. Nadine Hoser has many years of experience in the real estate and financing business.

Our history

The entrepreneurial families Kober and Weinmann found EMPAIOS to manage their own real estate. This is followed by the development of an attractive real estate portfolio.
